Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed before 2PM in UK time will be sent out on the same day. We only process packages Monday to Friday. Any orders placed outside of these times will be sent the next working day. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. This service has a next day delivery target but it is not a guaranteed time scale. UK buyers should expect to receive your order 1-2 working days after ordering. If there is going to be any delay we will try to notify you. High value orders may be sent by recorded mail or courier at our discretion. Items which do not arrive should be reported to us at sales.shop@uk247trade.com We will follow Royal Mail timescales for non-receipt claims and these may vary through the year. If the mail service is suspended for any reason we cannot be held responsible for delays. International delivery times will vary depending by location. Most can expect delivery within 5-10 days. The maximum delivery time for any area is up to 28 days.
